Nectary 2
I learned the term
"Nectary" today --
And immediately
thought of my world--
A world of creative
possibility-- the
empty page begging --
And surrounded by
the life-giving --
like Christmas lights
year-round.
From an enormous
Library of interests,
comes radiance.
From a curious life,
comes pain;
And I want to join
those who free fronds
from cool marble
to dance by their
own light.
